Can I apply jointly with partner

Im due for naturisation in May and my wife joined me 4 yaers ago and eligible for naturisation in January 2010
Can she apply at the same time with me as Im sending my application in May as a partner of a soon to be citize(under the 3years married tiocitizen) rather than wait till I get full naturisation

No, she is not currently married to a British Citizen, so the 5-year rule applies to her.

So you need to apply on your own, and as soon as you attend your Citizenship Ceremony and get handed your Certificate of Naturalisation, surprise surprise, your wife is married to a British Citizen ... and can apply using the 3-year rule.
