eVisa Long Proceesing time

Hello all,
I've applied to link my BRP to eVisa and its been more than 2 weeks and no response on the confirmation yet, however, my wife's and son's visa came through in about 5 mins time.

Is it normal to to have this long processing time or should there be anything to worried about.
