No mention of wanting BRP card number in new FLR Private Life Application form

Hi all,

I was going through the application for extending my Private Life visa. Having gone through the application form with my lawyer, I realised that there they wanted my BRP's start date and end date, but did not require the BRP Card number (situated in the top right hand side of the card). Is that something I should be worried about? Is it worth mentioning in a cover letter what the card number is? During my biometric and fingerprint screening, I am taking my documents for scanning as well - should I also bring along the BRP card to scan just incase?

I'm about to embark on my 4th & final extension ( then I will be eligible to apply for ILR ), which application form ( you can post the home office link ) did you use please to extend your private life visa, how much is the total fees now including the IHS & is this your 1st extension ? Thank you.
