Hi am a bit worried. I am applying for mum's visit visa to come visit me and my wife to support us as we are expecting our 1st child in Feb 2023. She will be with us for 2 months. She is Nigerian. I am Nigerian and have a british passport. My mum is not married
She is into local trading business - working as sole proprietorship. She trades with her personal account. over the last 6 months she has had GBP 83,000 paid into it over a number of transactions and GBP 79,550 paid out (paying suppliers). Issue is her business is not registered which is not illegal. To proof her business we have obtained a letter from one of her suppliers in her letterheaded paper, we have also obtained a ledger from the company showing their transaction. We have also gotten a letter from the management company who owns her shop and receipts of payments made / payments received.
She has 2 landed properties and rents one out. We have provided the survey plan of both houses and a tenancy agreement for the rental one (only earn GBP 190 annually). but still show it
She will be paying her flight and i would be providing accomdation, feeding and living expenses. I have provided employment letter, my tenancy agreement, invitation / support letter. Bank statements but current and savings. Current has a GBP 1,300 balance and savings ISA has GBP 20,000. My wife has written a support letter and also provided a MATB1 certificate.
We have provided family ties through her 2 adult children in Nigeria. One is married with kid and the other still lives with her and depends on her. We have provided pictures.
Please is my application GTG or do i need anymore ?
