Me and my husband submitted visa application together. He is the main applicant (Skilled worker visa extension) while I am his dependent ( switching from ict to SW dependant)
He got an acknowledgment email 2 days after submitting application from UKVI stating decision will be given by xx date. He got his decision 5 days later. While for me it has been almost 4 weeks and I still haven’t received any acknowledgment or update emails
I have heard UKVI always doesn’t send update email. Is it true? I want to escalate or complain this. Where should I reach out.
