TLS website issues

Hi all,

I've submitted my application for ILR, but can't book an appointment for biometrics as it won't redirect me to the TLS website. I can open the TLS website if I google it but then it wouldn't let me book because I am not registered on the website.

I am wondering if anyone is experiencing/has experienced this issue? and if you've found a solution?
