Hi everyone I hold ILR and did my online evisa registration and everything few months ago. I was able to view my details also a generated a share code, despite that receive an email from HO stating below

You are receiving this email as you already have a UKVI account, or you have started but not yet completed the creation of your UKVI account.

I'm confused as don't understand what else I need to do complete the process, any help would be appreciated cheers

That is a blanket email for everyone who has a UKVI account, you can access your evisa correctly, nothing to worry about, ignore it.
