Logging in problems for supporting documents

My Filipina wife and I have been filling in the ILR form and gathering the required evidence documents.
We completed the form, paid for the Super Priority service, booked Biometrics for her and her son and started to upload the evidence.
We were unable to complete the upload in one go, and a short while later, tried to log back in, but now it tells us that our Visa reference number is invalid, and won’t let us back in.
Has anyone come across this issue, and knows how to sort it out so we can upload the rest?
