UK Residence Permit and UK 5 year tourist visa together

I have a 5 year tourist visa from 2022 valid till 2027.
I relocated to the UK in 2023 so currently live in the UK on high skilled work visa.

I am planning to travel to Ireland. Can I use my 5year UK tourist visa to enter Ireland with the SSVWP / BIVS scheme for Indian passport holders?

I have travelled to Ireland under the SSVWP when I was not a resident in UK.

The 5year visa is not canceled or marked on the passport.

If the visa is still valid and hasn't be cancelled, then I don't see why you can't use it. The worst that can happen is that they don't let you fly at the airport and you lose £60-£80 ticket fee.
