NO TIME LIMIT Application question

Hi All
We applied NTL application for ilr Vignette sticker to convert to e-Visa
Here are my queries:
1.How long it will take for processing?
2.Is there any Priority or Super Priority service?
3 During this time can we go out of Country?

An NTL is just an application in which the UKVI confirms your ILR status. You will get an eVisa which will show your immigration status as settled. This is NOT a visa or immigration application and it does NOT have priority service. There is nothing that restricts your travel either. There is also no specific timeline
