Hi everyone,
I'm posting on behalf of a friend who recently received an email 112 days after PAP response, for their UK visit visa. The key part of the email stated, " I have reviewed the case papers in light of this correspondence and I am writing to advise that the above visa application has now been reconsidered and a new decision will be sent to you in due course. ".
One of our acquaintances received a similar email and, unfortunately, ended up with another refusal shortly after. Based on your experiences, do you think this kind of email is generally a positive sign or should it be treated with caution? What outcomes have you observed after receiving similar correspondence?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
