Fee waiver application

Hi all
I applied for fee waiver on 13/10/25 via solicitor to renew my visa which expires on 14/12/25. Unfortunately my solicitor firm was closed by solicitors regulators just couple of weeks ago and thire emails stop receiving emails.
So I dont know weather home office made the decision on my fee waiver application or not

Can u give me a advice what are the options i hsve and home office contact number to contact homeoffice regarding this issue
