Hello Everyone,

I had a query and it would be great if any of you could help me out.
I came into the UK in Sept 2003. I graduated with my masters degree in 2004. I applied for Working Holidaymaker visa under the Old rules which allowed me to do any job without any restriction for 2 years. After that I got my HSMP when my WHM visa expired. I got my HSMP in Sept. 2006. On Sept. 2008 I had to apply for Tier 1 and got that approved. I have been doing the same job since 2004 as in progressed higher within the same company. Do you feel the time under my WHM visa would be counted towards my PR as it was under the Old rules and have been doing the same job. If WHM is considered then I could apply for my PR in Sept.2009 otherwise I would have to wait till Sept 2011.

Any help would be kindly appreciated.

Thanks a ton.

Raj

Unfortunately, it's 5 years of WP or HSMP or WP+HSMP.
