PRE-ENTRY TEST????? IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION LAW CHANGES

Hi all,

I just wanted to know if its true that a new law is being introduced this Month 12 April 09 or by the end of this year requiring all spouses to take a Pre-entry ENGLISH test before they are allowed to enter the UK. You will need to pass the test in Islamabad before a visa can be given. Is this True???

The Home Office intend to introduce this, but can't confirm the start date is this month. Maybe one of the other members has more information.
