HSMP extension from sep 08 now stamped with tier 1 mig

i got an HSMP extension and mentioned in the application for HSMP extension to have the application considered under HSMP rules as this was after the earlier judgement last year for tier 1 term changes.

But i looked at my passport and it says Tier 1 Migrant now.

Does that mean i am no longer under HSMP rules. Initial HSMP stamped on 05 sep 2006 with approval received in earlier may switching from work permit.

HSMP extensions get a Tier 1 (General) stamp now, this is normal. You are still covered by HSMP rules (pre-7 November 06).
