ILR JR case - WP PLUS HSMP PROOF BY POST

Hi,

I'm applying for ILR under WP( 10 months) + HSMP( remaining period) category. can anyone tell me how to submit WP proof? Basically I'm submitting application by post so I don't want to take any chances. I've not seen any separate category for WP details in SET-O application.



Do I need t submit my last 5 years P-60 forms?
