3 years dependent on Non-British Spouse - Joint application?

Hi,

My spouse has been in the UK for slightly over 6 years now and she holds a ILR for over 1 year. I have been in the UK for 3 years, and I hold ILR for over 1 year as well since we both applied ILR together (both from commonwealth countries).

Can I apply for Citizenship jointly with my spouse (knowing that I have only done 3 years with 1 year of ILR)?
