How bad is Swine flu in London

Hello All,
I plan to come to London this weekend. How bad is the swine flu on ground. I see that the official numbers have crossed 500 in London and 2500 in UK.

There have now been 2,773 confirmed cases in the UK, including 1,095 in the West Midlands and 528 in London. Of the 204 new cases confirmed yesterday, 78 were in London and 89 in the West Midlands.
