i have I L R and i want to apply for a british passport and i have been living in the UK now for nearly 3 years it will be the same after 3 yreas i can apply or will change next year

Regardless of the circumstance under which you obtain the ILR, you are qualified. You would first have to pass your life in the UK test before you proceed with your application.

hassan,

You have to be in Uk for 1 yr after obtaining ILR before you can apply BC.
