working holiday maker querry

hi thanx for your reply .and yes am neither EU citizen nor from the EEA or EEC and also i wanted to cofirm all these since i heard that under the new law only british citizens can marry or get married in the UK
also does my girlfriend has to have a residence permit for her to get married since according to the EEA treaty the nationals have a condiotional stay in the UK thus limiting them from certain situations or cases such as to leave and remain in the UK indefinately .
and do we have to send our passports together with the application form? and what do they mean by "main applicant" on that COA form?
as for the working holiday maker visa i assume that you are not well informed about the question since you didnt say anything? and yea one last question .....how upto date are you with this information? thanx so much for the advice.
