URGENT, pls help with Form AN

While on my 1st work permit my wife who was on a dependant visa linked to my work permit became a shareholder in a company (2003). I later went on to join the company in which she was a shareholder of in 2004 and had my work permit transfered.

My wifes main income and tax/ni deductions comes from a job which she has which is not linked to the company which she is a shareholder of, she does however file a self assesment form for tax to declare dividends from the company which she is a shareholder of.

My Wife is currently on ILR to remain, the same as I am.

My questions are:
1. Will the fact that she was a shareholder in a company which sponsored my work permit affect our application for citizenship?

2. What should be we put down in "Section 3: Good Character Requirement - Question 3.2" is it "employee or business partner"

If a senior member or moderator could please answer my question, I would really appreciate it.
