Hi guys, i am an australian with about 6 months left on my 2 yeay working holiday visa, i have been with my girlfriend who is an eu citizen (polish) for nearly 3 years, she finishes her studies here about 6 months after my visa expires, is there any type of visa i can get so i can stay and work in the uk for the remainder of her studies? any advice would be great.

What exactly does that mean? Have the two of you lived together? If yes, for how long?

If it is the case that the two of you have lived together for at least 2 years ..... yes you have ..... and have evidence to prove that ... ? .... it is open to you to apply for a Residence Card using form EEA2 ... as her Extended Family Member ... under the terms of the EU Directive.

But before thinking of that, is marriage intended? And if so, when?
