Hi All,

I am taking the oath for Nationality on 1st of December.

My wife is here for the last 4.5 years.

Questions
-----------------
1) Can I apply for her Nationality after 1st of December? Is that right?

2) Do i have to fill the address of last 3 years or 5 years?

3) In/Out of the country for last 3 years or 5 years?

Does your wife have Indefinite Leave to Remain?

Yes she got the ILR in Oct/2008
