New dependant permit stamping

Hi
I and my husband are here in UK on work permit-I'm on his dependant WP. My son was born here in UK on 04-09-2008. We have done his passport but did not do his visa. We are now in an emergency to travel to India as husband's mom is critical. Can we take our son without the valid visa or is it going to be big problem. Pls note that our visa's are expiring by Dec 31st and we will not return to UK in future.

Babay can travel without a visa. No problem at all
