Hi,

If anybody wants to offer immigration advises in the UK, should s/he registered with OISC? I mean only advise and not representing the application to home office. If yes, then is this forum illegal?

None of us are allowed to advise. We don't advise, it's just our oppinions which we all state from the get-go. "I think" is often used. Or "in my personal experience."

Thank you for your quick response. Then, even if I do not represent someone's application and only help him/her in filling application form and producing documents, I have to register with OISC?

I actually have no idea. I feel like if you help someone fill out the form like say they're your spouse and then they sign it at the end, I think that's fine. Hopefully someone else more knowledgable in this area can answer this for you.
