Marrying an EU citizen

Hi. I apologise if this has been posted before.

I'm currently on a working holiday visa (South African) which expires 30 June 2006. I plan on marrying my girlfriend of 10 months who is Hungarian.

I'm wondering if we are able to get married here or do we have to go to Hungary? If we can do it here where do we go and how long does it take?

Also, how long before my visa expires does this have to be done?
