hi everyone,

i am new to this site.i applied for leave to stay in the uk on compassionate grounds,since 2007 no response untill now 2/11/2010.before this was on student visa since 1999. we heard a fire and i lost my stuff and my local mp got involved and was on phone by the ukba that i should contact my mp. anyone knows what message ukba might say??? or what to expect from them???? please help with anything or suggestions as i will going they are on this week friday. its really scary!!!!! please help.
