!Online Booking Confuision!

I just confirmed a booking for Dec. 17th at Birmingham PEO not realizing that the bookings for the first week in Jan weren't all taken, but they don't release them yet.....but when i go back i can't serch again since i have confirmed my Dec. date. So what is the suggestion i do? Should i provisionally keep my Dec. date booked and ring up in a few weeks for a first week in Jan. date (since it won't let me online!)? Or is it really that they are all booked already?

Sorry i am so confused.....i am travelling home on the 20th Dec. and im hoping they don't want to keep my passport for anything! Thats why i wanted date in the first week of Jan! As well as my FLR expiering on the 9th of Jan.!!

1. If you want to change / re-schedule, you may do so on phone. You cannot do either online. This said, you may use another email ID to log-on book another appointment (afresh) using that ID.

2. In-person appointments is not a guarantee of same-day service. Though straightforward applications are decided on the same day but if the caseworker mandates that further checks / verification is needed then a decision will not be made on that day.
