Divorce

Hi,

I would be grateful for any advice.

I had a arranged marriage 14 years ago as a uk citizen in Pakistan. Things haven't worked but we continued for family reasons and both my wife and I are UK citizens. We have been seperated for 3 and half years. Family is not happy or helpful. I'm in a relationship with someone else from Pakistan for last 6 months and would like to get married and live in uk.

Not sure where to start for getting a divorce for my first marriage I only have a urdu nika nama document, no uk official registration was done.
To complicate things further my wife wants to remain as my wife even if thats just in name for our 3 childrens sake. Our the years I have been very down and feel I have to make a break now to survive.

I really would appreciate any advice on getting a divorce, help in Pakistan is going to be minimal.
