Dear All

Last month two of my friends applied for ILR in croydon with 2yrs twes+ 2yrs wp and got there ILR without any hassle....! Is not it strange ......all views welcomed...

Just curious, have you seen their passport or documents personally to check if they were really on TWES and not 4 yrs on WP

IMO
they slipped through.

as long as you show the payslips which somehow show you have been woring at the start of 4 years and at the end and of course keep your mouth shut you get through unless they ask questions

Wouldnt have they been asked to show their work permits? I was, mind you I didnt have mine with me, but then they did check on their computers and could see when my first work permit started.

I think Rogerogeri s right I believe they have slipped through, because they were working for the same employer for all the four years and the letter from the employer stated that,might be that helped them sail through.
But can they have any problems when they naturalise ??
