UK Business visit with wife from india

Hi Guys,
I seen some wonderful expert view here and could not wait to post my scene

I am in london right now with 6 month Class C Business visit visa
this is my 2nd visit. last year visited from 17th dec to 11 june
this year started from 5th jan and will return in 1st week of june,

I want to bring my wife for short term visit to london may be for 15 days or 1 month. we got our anniversary coming in feb also.

my company not going to give any invitation letter or something that i can show for my wife visa. how ever my complete expenses are covered by company.

for my wife i can show following things
in her bank account : 3800 GBP in india
my account 2700 GBP in india

what are other requirements to apply for my wife while i am on business visit.

also, can you let me know how many days it takes if i apply for general visitor?

can i show reason to UKBA that i am calling her for anniversary celebrations?

Your spouse may apply for entry clearance as a visitor on her own merits.

Since you too are in the UK as a visitor (Business visitor), you cannot sponsor / invite your spouse to the UK.

my finance is paid by company and accommodation etc also.

can i show my bank balance or she just have to show he own balance for visit?


also, will 3800 GBP be meeting criteria for her visit for 15 days?

Does your wife work and draw a salary in India ?

If yes, then she can apply for a General visitor visa.

If you transfer chunks of money into her account before applying for the visa, this might be viewed by the Visa Processing Officer as suspect and could lead to her visa being denied.

As per my experience, it takes 5-7 working days (in Mumbai) for a visitor visa to get processed after you submit your application.

she does not work & i have transferred some money already from my account only.

it looks like more difficult for me to get her visa even i know we are genuine.
