Hello All,

Please help - I am trying to contact the passport services at the high commission in london with no joy - Is there a "special number" known to yourself that I can have. My Mother is due to travel to india on 26th March and the turnaround time for postal applications for renewals is 3 to 4 weeks - 4 weeks have passed and She has not received her passport and although the website states for me to contact them if 4 weeks have elapsed - I cant get to speak to anyone !

Welcome to HCI London. you need on average 1000 attempts to get thru them.

Best way unfortunately is to visit them (if you have someone near London look at that option.)
