Working in guernesy

I am a lady aged 33 years and would like information on working in Guernsey.I am a registered nurse and would like to know what happens when the permit expires.Also i have four and a half years as a dependent and currently outside the U.K.Does this affect my willing to emigrate to Guernesy?Please help.
