Should IAFT2 form be filled manually

Hi,

We are going to appeal for visa refusal for dependent. My query is, should we fill the IAFT2 form manually or can we type it in the word copy. Because there is a word copy available on tribunal site and we can type in it. Pls help. also i have posted one query regarding the format of the appeal response at
