Hi All,
I have applied for Tier 1 extension for myself and my wife as dependent inside UK during 21th March and recieved the Biometric
notification Email and not letter (i'm still waiting for letter ) from homeOffice at 1st April stating that "There is a time period of up to 15 working days to enrol for a
Biometric appointment, otherwise the application may be rejected as invalid." And in the back side of the letter they have listed few
Homeoffice biometric Enrollment centres. I live near to London. When I tried seeing the earliest dates avaliable for all the centres
in UK, the earliest date available is only 16th May and also for that I need to go to Belfast. And all the near centres
(Croydon, IPS Elephant Castle, IPS Brighton) does not have any appointments till end of May.
From the HomeOffice notification letter it clearly states that :
> There is a time period of up to 15 working days to enrol for a
> biometric appointment, otherwise the application may be rejected as
> invalid.
Taking the 15 working days into consideration from 1st April I must apply for Biometrics before 16st April.
And I don't have any slots available whole across UK until 16th May. I have also heard that applications with no dependant can
only go to the PostOffice for Biometric enrollment.
I am in a big confusion. Could you please assist me at the earliest possible how to proceed further to enroll for biometric.
Will there be any refusal because of this ? My visa expires on 24th April.
It would be very helpfuf I get a earliest response on this.
Your reply is much appreciated,
Raj
