Hi,
I have been in the UK since 1998, currently a permanent employee of a uk company (Business Development Executive), without recourse to any public funds, as per my stamp. I DONT HAVE a work permit, my passport got stamped as a dependent on a work permit holder.
The WP holder (my dad) recently changed status to ILR; mum and brother on ILR as well. apart from me. My stamp expires in July 2006, I am looking for a way extend my leave to remain in the UK.
What are my options? In regards to WP, my employer says they do not spondor, they will give supporting documentation of employment history etc though.
Anyone know if umbrella companies - wondering if I can, for eg, still continue working with my current employer?
Apart from marriage, do I have any other options? some way around this?
