Help for Mother in Law visa

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum.

I have got ILR Last month. I want to invite my mother in law from pakistan to visit me and I have some questions;

First of all I dont have balance in account more then 300 pound but my pay is coming around 1800 pound every month and my mother in law she is house wife and she dont have any bank account in her name. She is llive with my father in law and he is working his pay is coming in his account about 20000 pak rupees. He got about 200,000 to 300,000 in his account which he has deposite just 2 months ago whe he sold his prize bonds. My husband is the only one child of them.

My questions are
If he sponsor her can they can doubt about the fund
If yes can my brother sponsor her.
Regarding accomodation We got the mortgage house.
Can they say there is not good reason to come back. (my father is law is about 50years)

You need to provide bank statements with a good bank balance to show that you can afford your mother in laws travelling, costs,her costs whilst she is staying with you in UK.

You will need to show good evidence that she will return back home. this could be family ,land, property , savings etc.

Without the above it is pretty difficult to get this type of visa for citizens of Pakistan
