Travelling on dual passports - both non-EU

Also showing one passport at the ticket desk (as they equally check for visas before issuing tickets) and another at the passport control on exiting a country are two different things.

It's the absolute norm for Thai/UK dual nationals to show their Thai passport on entering/leaving Thailand and their UK passport on entering/leaving the UK. My missis has her married name in her UK passport and her maiden name in her Thai passport, and never had a problem. Normally the ticket is in our married name, so she shows the UK passport (or both) at checkin desks.
If you hold the passports of two nationalities you are entitled to the privileges conferred by those nationalities. Go for it.
