If I Win A Scholarship Will My Visa Be Extended?

I'm thinking of entering this scholarship to study at Le Cordon Bleu in the UK. It's a really good opportunity for me, so I hope to win!

I'm worried though, that my student visa won't be extended. What do you think?

In order to extend a visa you must fulfil the immigration requirements in force at the time of such application.

Being awarded a scholarship may not make a difference ... unless the award includes "guaranteed visa" as part of the deal.

It looks a great opportunity but I would be realistic and realise that lots of folk my apply , and the chances of winning slim . Look to extend another way and not think of this as a means to extend.
If you do win then you will need to decide how to proceed at that time . In the mean time look at the rules about sponsorship and scholarship
