UK Ancestry Visa and ILR

Post by PaulM » Sat Jul 09, 2011 8:34 pm

I will be applying for ILR towards the end of next year and am here on a UK Ancestry visa. I think that my case is not straight forward and they might refuse me. My question is: is it possible to apply for an 5 year extension (because the criteria are different). If they give me the extension to then apply for ILR? If I am granted the extension but they refuse me the ILR would my extension in turn be revoked? Thanks

Extension application possible (190).

What's making your ILR complicated?
