Domestic Work Visa Help

Hi All,

A friend of mine visa is due to expire in 06/07/06. His visa is say,

VISA DOMESTIC WORKER(OTHER)
To work with xxxxxx xxxxx changes must be authorise.

A few question like to ask pls.

1) can he change the type of visa i.e. to studen, WP ..etc with a period longer than a year.
2) can he change the sponsor (his original sponsor is due to relocate to AUS.)
3) does he have to go back to his country to change the visa status..

Any help will be greatful because he will have to prepare for extension very soon.
