upper tribunal

Post by usual_suspect » Tue Aug 16, 2011 5:04 pm

Hi,

Can any of the senior forum members please respond to my queries?

CASE

I have today received a refusal from the first tier tribunal on my appeal to resubmit my case in the upper tribunal. However, I have been given a chance to appeal to the upper tribunal itself to appeal for resubmission of the case in upper tribunal.

QUESTIONS

1. How long will it roughly take if the upper tribunal also refuses to resubmit the case? i.e. when can I expect a decision?

2. How long will it roughly take if the upper tribunal resubmits my case whether for an oral hearing or otherwise?

3. Either way, how long does the HO give you to leave the country after you receive the decision from the upper tribunal? Do they send you a letter telling you to leave by so and so date?

4. Taking a guess will I be able to spend the next 1.5 - 2 months (from today) in UK given my situation as for me the next 2 months are more important than the visa itself.

Any suggestions to enable me spend the next 45-60 days in UK?

Thanks
