Judges find incompetent ignorance in home office and .......

Post by peppekalle » Fri Aug 26, 2011 9:33 am

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... ntion.html Please read the whole article and see what the judge said about the home office.

I don't condone the crime that the asylum seeker committed but you can't detain someone indefinitely with no prospect of removing him/her.It costs £1000 a week to hold someone in detention. Some have been there for years.

I remember during my first bail hearing they said a lot of lies eg i had been issued with removal orders years ago and my application for rule 276b would fail. They don't have to produce any evidence at bail hearings.

During the appeal they failed to produce any evidence that i had been issued with removal orders.

I hope this man gets some compensation for being detained illegally .
