ASL 2579 WITH DIFFERENT NAME.....HELP..

After email to caau ( with my detail ),they confirmed my status documents but had already send to wrong solis .after some emailing with caau .finally they send me ASL 2579 letter with different name to apply for NTL but they used my H.O REF NO.
In that letter they asked me to contact that solis office to obtain the documents from them .when i attend solis office there i find out that solis office have already delivered documents to his client . i asked them how can they deliver my documents to wrong person .they show me photo copy of documents ,picture on documents was not mine ,date of birth and name were different but H.O reference was mine .
My question is that how can i get my papers back OR how can i apply for NTL with different name on the letter (asl 2579 ) though H.O ref and address belongs to me ?

so the only thing relating to you on the documents was the HO ref? The name, DOB, nationality, photo was all of the other person?

I wouldn't be so sure that you have been granted ILR and I do not think you should be using the letter to apply for NTL. Suggest you query this with UKBA and also apply for your Subject Access Request.

The DOB is not the same if it's not the same year, and the name is not the same if the surname is different, besides which, the photograph is not yours. You need to address this with the UKBA don't try to apply for NTL stamp when the letter does not contain your details.
