Seniors please advice.

I and my wife have received ILR in July. I haven’t applied for my UK born child's ILR who is now 18 Months old. I have applied for her MN1 and still waiting for her certificate.

Last week i had to travel to India in emergency circumstances (death in the family). My child already has an Indian passport with HSMP dependent visa until May 2012. I believe this visa is invalid because I am not on HSMP anymore rather i have an ILR.

Could you please advise if i would have a problem bringing my child back to the UK? Could immigration say that this visa is invalid? Although i have her birth certificate and acknowledgement receipt of MN1 application?

Any advice would be highly appreciated?
