Hello all,
I went to my appointment and forgot a piece of information which they gave me 14 days to send to them (bank statement). I sent it by recorded delivery and track and trace tells me it has arrived and being delivered (this was over a week ago!)
I went to do it at the PEO and paid the extra fee to have it done quickly as I have to travel for work in less than 2 weeks. I wanted to call and ask the status of it (as everything else was in check) but they tell me it is too soon to enquire.
I did my biometrics there and was told to send in the missing info and they would decide my case. I left there and was told that I didn't need to come back with the info and that I could post it in. They didn't tell me whether they would post it to me or pick it up. I don't know if anyone can help or if it is just a matter of waiting at this point! Was I suppose to do anything else after seeing the case worker that maybe delaying this?
