Hi All

I am a Tier 1 General Migrant and intend to get married to my girlfriend who is currently in the UK on Tier 4 Student Visa. She has finished her degree and has only 3 months Visa left.

Could you please let me know if under these circumstances I can give notice at Marriage Registrar's Office to get married.

Yes.

But she cannot switch to dependant of PBS migrant, but will need to apply for entry clearance as dependant of PBS migrant (from outside the UK).

Thank you very much sushdmehta. Could you please also let me know if I have to go to specific marriage registrars office in UK or I can get married at any registrar office in UK. Would I need any approvals from Home Office?
