Age limit reduced to 18 for spouse visas

Hi All

I was told today by someone that the limit for 21 year old visa applicants has been reduced to 18, so after a little digging online I found the following post, as you can see this is on UK Border Agency's official website and the date this ruling will be enforced on is on the 28th Nov 2011;
