How long do IND replies take? (Document request, 10 yrs +)

If a solicitor requests documents from IND for a case that goes back over 10 years how long does it typically take for the IND to reply?

This is in relation to a case of special leave to remain that was considered about 15 years ago (and rejected).

That's a useful link.

It's coming up to their "target time" of twenty working days. It will be interesting to see if those targets bear any resemblence to reality.

I had to wait approximately four months before I received my HO file, and my record with them only extends back to 1998!
