Family Visit Visa for parents ( No funds to show ) How ??

Hi all,

I want to sponsor Family visit visa to my mother and father. Problem is they have no funds in their current account to show they are financially dependent on me. The apartment in which they stay in India also is in my name as I have bought the apartment for them.

My husband has a full time job earning £42,000 pa and I get £20000 pa. we own a two bedroom house on mortgage and have around £10000 savings in our account will this funds be enough to sponsor the visa for my parents we both are British citizens by naturalisation.

My parents cant show any money transactions in their account but they do have Rs400,000 in fixed deposits they have two more daughters and their families in India to show connections.

Will it be possible to get the Visa for them. I am so concerned because I desperately want them to visit me once in UK.
